Servant Leadership. Servant leaders (Staff - Council - Committees - Ministry Teams) support, direct, train, and equip the congregation to serve.

Focus. Our vision is given focus by the attitude of our Lord Jesus Christ, who came not to be served, but to serve (Philippians 2:7; Mark 10:45). Jesus called his followers to this same servant ministry. Servanthood is a response to God's grace (Ephesians 2:8-10) that is expressed as we serve in partnership with Christ, following the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), the New and Great Commandments (John 13:34-35; Mark 12:30-31), and the Great Calling (Luke 4:18-19).

Vision. We are called to be a servant church where new and lifelong Christians are becoming deeply committed followers and servants of Jesus Christ.
